Oh Shabsky, I am having a rough day and it's not even 10:00 am!  I actually stopped at Festival this morning and bought a jar of Nutella and I've been sitting at my desk eating it with a spoon!  It's terrible!  What is wrong with me?!  I just feel a little weight-loss-hopeless and discouraged and that in turn makes me bingey.  Ugh.  Maybe it's because it's Friday the 13th?  My pants are even getting tight :(

I could really use some pictures of sweet little Emma if you have the time to send them today.  I miss you guys.
